My Auto Immune Journey began two years ago when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.  It took a year of seeking and testing from when I began to notice my initial symptoms until my actual diagnosis.  I created this page in an effort to share the things I’ve learned throughout my Journey from prevention to having a better quality of life.  Whether you’ve been diagnosed, know someone that has been, or just looking to lead a healthier life.  This page was made to help you!
